Shape of the finding
{{shapeHint}}
Not yours to log A call that carried a value was not an admin's call to make. The desk rings clients about timing, documents and coverage, and logs that below. It does not give them numbers — a value reaches the client from the appraiser or super admin whose name is on it, and they log their own call, because a second-hand account of what was said out loud is not a record of it. If {{client}} is owed a number, ask an appraiser above and flag the call in the contact log.
Somebody has phoned {{client}} The moment somebody speaks to the client, the pre-appraisal stops being an interior question. What was said is outside Conviare now and cannot be taken back, so it goes down here in the terms it was said in — not summarised, and not tidied up later.
By telephone — there is no other channel A pre-appraisal is discussed with the client on the phone and nowhere else. Not from a personal address, not in writing, not in passing at the property: a written figure loose outside Conviare is a valuation nobody reviewed, and a doorstep conversation leaves no record to log. If it was not a call, it does not belong here.
Did you give them a figure?
{{gaveHint}}
What they said they would do
Their answer, not our plan. The desk acts on it and cannot overrule it — if they said no, the request closes on their decision and the firm has declined nothing.
{{spokeHandsBack}} You carried this while the question was yours. Logging the call is where you put it down — the row leaves your workspace, and no clock on it is yours after that.

Out with {{outWithName}} asked just now · not opened yet
Your stale clock is paused while it is with them, and nobody can take the item over. This is where you ask; the row in Triage is where you wait — chasing and re-asking live there. Chasing opens an hour after asking. They were given a question, not an interrupt.

Why there is no number
{{noValueHint}}
Where it goes from here {{owedLine}} {{owedBody}} There is no picker here on purpose. Convert to an order, raise a quotation, split it up — every one of those needs {{client}} to have answered, and she has not been asked. Guessing between them today would put a decision on the record that nobody made.

Telling the client — outside this system Optional · never a gate
Nothing here reaches {{client}}. The system sends no reply, publishes no page and changes nothing they can see. If somebody speaks to them, log it so the next person knows it happened.
The desk does not give clients numbers. Ring {{client}} about timing, documents or whether we cover the area — that is desk work and always was. A value is not: it is an appraiser's opinion or a super admin's, and it reaches the client from the person whose name is on it. If she is owed a number, the third option is the honest one and somebody with standing makes the call.

Nothing was attached. Whatever you can stand behind here comes from the address and the question alone. Say so in the note if that is what limits the range.
Anything you add is filed against the request, not sent anywhere. If the range leaned on it, it should be here.

And the triage row reads
{{property}} {{rowLine}}
The row carries the finding, not the fact that one exists. Estimate provided with no number in it is the bug this surface closes — for the desk, which is who reads it.
The client sees none of this A pre-appraisal is an interior process. From where {{client}} sits, the request they sent stays exactly as it was until an order or a quotation appears — no finding, no figure, no status that moves. There is nothing to publish, so there is nothing to soften, disclaim or forward. The one thing she reads unprompted is the disclaimer on the request form, before she asks. The thread below is the one channel that runs both ways, and it is deliberately narrow.
Client thread {{clientCanRead}}
Timing, documents, coverage, what she is waiting on. Never the figure. A number reaches a client by telephone or it does not reach her at all, and a box she can type into does not change that.
Nothing said here yet. She sent the request and has heard nothing since, which is correct — what she is owed is a phone call, not a reply. This is for the things a call is too much for.

One thread per record. If this request becomes an order the conversation follows it — the same thread rendered across the link, with no rows moved.
How a pre-appraisal closes A range on the record does not close the request — it answers it. What closes it is somebody telling {{client}}, and recording what she said back.
{{x.k}} {{x.v}}
A closed request is never deleted and never re-created. If {{client}} comes back a month later, this same ref wakes up — with its documents, its range, and the date that range was given still on it.
Logged contact {{contactLine}} A note that a person spoke to them, not a message the system sent.
